Health Crisis Response | Implementation of Adobe Sign, Document Cloud

 

Initial Situation

 

Due to the health context, CNIM needed to find an easy-to-implement solution to meet the requirements of customers and suppliers while gaining in responsiveness. After participating in webinars led by Thierry Blanc from Adobe, the company was able to discover all the features of the Adobe Sign product. By comparing the existing solutions on the market, it chose Adobe Sign. CNIM was able to count on the support of Thomas Ripoche, our Adobe expert, who has been supporting them for several years now. 

 

Solution

 

Bechtle Comsoft was able to help the company with licensing by quickly responding to their needs. To better understand the product, demonstration workshops (available via videoconference) were offered to their users, most of whom were remote. CNIM found Adobge Sign to be an easy-to-use product. Indeed, it is very easy to provide a license quickly to a user from the management console. Adobe Sign allows them to create teams and customise the interface to suit the different entities in their group (logo, options etc.). Throughout the process, the company was supported by Thierry Blanc on the workflow part and by our services. In addition, Bechtle Comsoft was able to support the customer in the transition from the standard version to the Enterprise version to ensure that they had all the necessary functionality.

Results
 

Thanks to the adoption of Adobe Sign and Document Cloud solutions, CNIM has been able to increase its responsiveness and can now sign contracts remotely. This is a real time saver, as there is no need to scan and send documents to the various signatories. For the company, the results are very positive: the solutions have been adopted by many departments (CFO, HR, project managers, etc.). The company is proud to be able to improve its performance in many processes, particularly in its customer/supplier relations.
