• Assessment of Cloud maturity: evaluation of the current use of Amazon software and services
• Identifying the hardware’s technical limitations
• Drawing up a provisional budget for the migration, deployment and maintenance of the Cloud infrastructure
• Budget preparation
• Establishing contact with the hosting company, software publisher and selected service providers
• Number of days: Depends on the project
