OBJECTIVES OF THE WORKSHOP.

 

  • Understand the client's management goals and objectives.
  • Understand the "landscape" of client devices. 
  • Define the device security posture
  • Introduce the Microsoft Endpoint Manager features related to the management of the entire endpoint lifecycle.
  • Enable these capabilities in the customer's environment, focusing on cloud management only for certain users and endpoints.

  • Introduce Microsoft Endpoint Manager features related to full endpoint lifecycle management and enable these features in the environment, focusing on cloud management only for certain users and devices.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION.

 

 

  • The End Point Management workshop is a 2-hour assignment.
  • This session takes place at Bechtle Comsoft.
  • Deployment of test licences on the tenant to enrol certain machines in "Cloud Only" mode in Intune. 
  • Implementation of the "Autopilot" functionality on a machine/VM
  • Deployment of "Security Baselines" on enrolled machines/VMs.
  • Deploy applications (such as M365 suite) on enrolled machines/VMs.
  • Deployment of additional security policies (Endpoint Security, Device Compliance, Conditional Access...).
  • Closing meeting with demonstration of the "wipe" function in order to return the used machines/VMs to the "factory" state.


Duration: 2 workshops of 2 hours (including preparation)

Session: 2 ½ days
