Climate protection strategy 2030

This report presents the objectives that the Bechtle Group has set itself for reducing direct and indirect emissions, as well as those from the upstream and downstream value-added chains. The climate protection strategy complements the Becthle Sustainability Strategy 2030 adopted last year and follows the "avoid - reduce - offset" approach.

It is an additional element in the framework of sustainability activities, which is intended to make a comprehensive contribution to the objectives of the Paris Climate Agreement. The core of the climate protection strategy is the goal of making the Group's balance sheet climate neutral by 2030, which is based primarily on the reduction of CO2 emissions. The planned reductions are accompanied by the prevention and offsetting of emissions through certified climate protection projects.
