Bechtle Comsoft's teams of Cloud specialists and SAM consultants supported the client by advising it regarding the acquisition and implementation of multi-publisher solutions (Microsoft, Adobe, Jetbrains, etc.). Bechtle Comsoft organised user workshops with the developer teams and users to help them better understand the versions and specific features of the licences selected, and then to pool their subscriptions into the right sort of contract. We also helped the client to monitor licence contracts so that the IT department had a global view of all the group's licences with team-based management of the portal.
Cost rationalisation, economies of scale and risk reduction have emerged in concrete form through group contracts with major vendors such as Microsoft and Adobe. Today, support continues as licensing and rules of use continue to evolve.
